We offer at least a one-year warranty on all Homerunpet products. For more information, please check the product page.
-Do you offer free shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $39+ for contiguous United States addresses. For other countries, the rates vary. Your total shipping charges will be displayed on the Checkout page, prior to submitting your order.
-Where do you ship?
We will not ship to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes), freight forwarders, warehouses, distribution centers, airports, or hotels.
Only contiguous addresses are eligible for free shipping. Customers located in international supported countries for fulfillment and delivery such as US customers from Alaska, Hawaii, off-shore U.S. territories and protectorates should be aware of extra shipping charges.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers that may also delay delivery times.
-How do I check the status of my order?

-I have a promotion code. Where do I enter it to receive my discount?
You can only redeem the promotional codes when you place an order. Each promotional code applies only to qualifying items.
You cannot add promotional codes to an existing or past order. Promotional codes cannot be stacked or used in combination. Only one promotional code can be used per order.
To redeem a promotional code, add an eligible item to the shopping cart. During checkout, enter the promotion code in the Gift Cards and Promotional Codes section exactly as specified. Ensure there are no spaces before or after the code. Proceed through Checkout. If the items in the cart qualify for the promotion, you will see the discount applied to the total on the final Checkout page.
-What are the payment options?
We accept most major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express,PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay. If you are issuing a Purchase order and need to confirm if a payment option works, please contact us directly.
-Can I return or exchange the product after purchase?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have 30 days (from the day you received it) to return or exchange the product(s) of Homerunpet. If you find any defects, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
